outhwestern Queen was a design response to what we believed were a preponderance of unimaginative and repetitious desert landscapes. Our idea was to place the viewer in an intimate location relative to the desert floor where the environment treats life and death with equal indifference. The ultimate result being a visual appreciation of the beauty of nature that presents itself daily regardless of the intervention of man.
