Q: What happens when I order my stained glass art?
A: Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you via email, or phone if you prefer, to inform you that we have received your order and will place it into our production schedule based on the time and date that we received the order. This confirmation of your order will be important since we are limiting our production runs of each design based on a first come first served basis.
Q: Can I preview my artwork prior to receiving it?
A: Our standard procedure for our large pieces, such as the "2007 Series", will be to provide you with images of the cut glass stage of your order. We will then send you a contract for the manufacture of goods and require that you sign this contract prior to us completing your artwork. This ensures that all concerned parties are aware of and agree to the specific glass chosen for your order. On our smaller pieces, such as the "Monthly Moon Series" and the "2008 Quote Series", we reserve the right to select the glass that is appropriate for the design as shown on these pages.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: After confirmation of your order, we will inform you of our current production schedule and the estimated time for delivery.
Q: Can I special order a design and choose my colors?
A: Yes. Some people prefer certain color palettes and you have the option of selecting the glass colors for your order. Please contact us to discuss color choices and costs in more detail.
Q: When I place a special order, what is the process you use and will the price be the same?
A: Due to the additional time required in purchasing the glass and finalizing a color palette, the cost will increase. Please contact us to discuss specialty orders in more detail.
Q: Can I commission you to create a design based on my ideas?
A: Yes. If you submit a design to us for consideration, please bear in mind it cannot be copyrighted and must be your original design. You can also provide us with your concept and we will work with you on a design suitable for stained glass. Please contact us to discuss.
Q: Can I request a custom finish for my light box or frame.
A: Yes. Custom stains or paints can be applied to individual orders. Please contact us to discuss.
Q: What is your shipping procedure?
A. Normally we send our stained glass art by Priority Mail, securely packed and fully insured, with delivery confirmation.
